Our History

We have had several requests for archived photos from past pupils going back many years. They have very fond memories of their time here as students and would love to have photos that include them if anyone has some in an archive at home. It would mean a lot to them to have tangible memories.

Our school archives have been updated and now include copies of Jubilee booklets from 50th and 75th Jubilees.

In the class photos section, there are photos of most classes between 1980 and 2017.
The staff photos section has photos of staff between 2000 and 2017.

The school would be very pleased to have good quality scanned (titled and dated) photos to add to this repository if you have any you are willing to share.admin@westspreydon.school.nz

Hi there, I was a student of the school in the early 50s. Mr DJC Pringle was the
Principal at the time. He took a photo of our family as we had seven siblings at the school all attending at the same time. I was trying to locate the Schools history to try and obtain a copy of the Dennis family. Was hoping that you could help me in obtaining the schools history during that period. I also represented the school at rugby.
Grateful if you could advise me on how to find the School history etc
